2 1/2 Hours - - And only 45 minutes

I have been up an hour and have managed to get my hair and makeup done and my teeth brushed.

Clothes will come later - I am scared I will puke on them

I still have to get Andy completely ready too - I know the hair is going to be a screaming match so I am saving it for last

mom2my2cuties replied: Ok now that I am done wallowing and pouting like my 2 year old because things didn't go my way I kid you not, I came home, posted that message, put on my jammies, turned off the lights, phone and let Andy watch Tv & Play cars and just pouted. And if I sound in a little better mood it's because I have just eaten a box of Jr Mints and while I hate chocolate - I am beginning to see the medicinal properties of it!

Basically what happened was this - I get there - Initially they have to request a bench conference because the DA of the day (aka my ex's attorney) wants yet ANOTHER continuance. My attorney said that he needs a bumper sticker that calls him "Mr Continuance"

Well they are given no contiuance...Thank GOD! - However the whole time during this conference he and the GAL were passing notes to each other and stuff and she actually sat with HIM!

Ok - so confernece is over and they are posting the stuff hearing times. Our hearing is at 10am. Well it is back and forth between the attornies. No surprise there. My ex's decleration was bascially "I don't care that I am a child molestor this is really expensive for me Tish is just using this stuff to circumvent having to prove that she a fit mom."

Same horse hockey from the Grandfather. Thier attorney actually had the nerve to claim that I had abandoned Mikee. To which my attorney had some NICE responses. And there were quite a few allegations from thier attorney all of which were unfounded.

But I do get Michael every other weekend. (Sat & Sun) And if the grandparents don't file anything within 10 days - he gave them until the 15th. I guess I just had my heart set on going home with Michael. But what is going to make it a little easier is that instead of just hanging out in hell - I am going to be going home between visits. It's SOOOO much cheaper than staying here.

Also - we are being forced to pay 1/2 the GAL costs. My ex has to cover the other half.
