10th Wedding Anniversary next month!!

I just spoke with my brother about my gift to Scotty. We have NO wedding pictures hanging in our house. Mainly b/c my stupid wedding photographer lost the negatives and we weren't able to get them enlarged. That was before the days of digital, scanners, computer editing, etc. BUT, I have all my proofs from the wedding.

My brother is an artist and I've asked him to paint an oil of my favorite picture of Scotty and I from our wedding day. I'm so excited!! First of all, b/c we will finally have a wedding picture in our house and secondly, I will own my first piece of artwork of my brother's!

Yup. A mere 20 years old. It's been a rocky road, but well worth it.

I'm sure we will. I just have no clue yet what we will be doing. Since it's so close to Christmas, we've decided to put off a trip until the summer time. I'm pretty sure we are spending a week in Mexico on the beach (as a family.)
