? about baby movement with subsequent pg's
coasterqueen wrote: When did you feel movement from the baby with second, third, etc pregnancies? One day I thought I was feeling movement but I thought it's WAY too early to feel that and realized it was gas bubbles.
But several people now have told me they felt movement way earlier with the second than they did with the first around 10 -11 weeks. That's totally impossible isn't it?????
Just wondered what your opinion is. I know mine is gas bubbles but every time I think hmm is it or is it not now.
kit_kats_mom replied: I swear that I felt this second pregancy at about 12 weeks but it was rare and sporadic. At 20 weeks I really started to feel her about the same time every day. She gets really active when I lie down and when I'm driving.
Jamison'smama replied: I felt this one way earlier--probably too early --I think I just know what it feels like so any little twinge may feel like a movement. I do know that by 15 weeks or maybe less I felt flutters--very sporatic but I'm sure they were him. I didn't share it with people though because it seemed crazy. Who knows, you may be just really in tune with your body.
Schnoogly replied: Well I felt Iain around 13-14 weeks--way early for a first PG. But he was high energy even then :lol
This one I hope I don't feel for a while :lol
coasterqueen replied: Hee hee. How are you? I was just thinking about you yesterday.
My doctor gave me a great description of Kylie the other day "Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde". We were like "how did you know!?!?"
BTW, Kylie is pretty much weaned. She asks every few days just to see that "they" are still there, but my milk is gone by what she has told me. I figured she'd start sleeping better once she weaned but things have actually gotten WORSE and I do mean WORSE.
mama3x replied: Hi Karen!
Here's my breakdown for my kids:
DS - my 1st pg, felt movement about 4 months
DD - my 2nd, felt movement at 13 wks
DS - this time around, my 3rd, felt movement at 9/10 wks
So it's possible! My OB said so!
You may not have long to wait~
MomToMany replied: Yep, I agree you feel the baby much sooner since your uterus has already been stretched out once. Think of it like a balloon; it's hard to blow up the first time. But the second and subsequent times, it's much easier.
HTH!
Kirstenmumof3 replied: When I was pregnant with Claudia I felt movement just before the second trimester. She was a very active baby.
Littlejojames replied: Can i ask?
Does anyone else experience bad gas????
I have recentally had the really bad burps and the other i have never ever been like this before!
coasterqueen replied: I think I had more bad gas with Kylie than I do with this one. I think I felt more bloated, gassy, the whole 9 yards with Kylie than I do with this one.
Littlejojames replied: Does it stop soon. Cant keep popping out to the bathroom to pump sorry
I used to get into fits of laughter when i pumped dont even know why Craig gets hysterical.
AugFebMom replied: I felt movement early also. Between 13-14 weeks
