MommyToAshley replied: Hi all... I am excited to be the parent spotlight. Feel free to ask your questions now, however I will not be able to get to the questions until later this afternoon. It has been a crazy week around here, lots of work and I have an important deadline to meet with a project this afternoon. I can't wait to read/answer your questions as well as get caught up on all the other posts. I really miss you all... it's like being away from family!

Worst habit... hmm, I have to choose one? I would say it is a tie between procrastinating and worrying too much!

No tattoos or piercings. I had my ears peirced but I guess I was too sensitive to jewelry and had to let them close up.

Fav food -- Chicken, I love any kind of chicken
Fav desert -- Cheesecake.

I met TLCDad in college. He kept showing up in all my classes so I guess it was fate.

We have been married for almost 3 years (it will be 3 years 9/30) but we have been together for almost 10 years!

I would like to have at least one more, I get jealous hearing about everyone's PG or when I see a tiny baby. But, I want to spend some more time with Ashley before we have another one.

Favorite vacation place -- I would have to say MGM and Universal Studios. DH and I are like big kids and we had a blast there. hehe. I can't wait to take Ashley to Disney!

Place I'd love to go -- I would have to say Hawaii because it is the only state that I have never been to. If I go to Hawaii then I can say I have been in all 50 states.

Favorite animal -- that's tough because I am not an animal person. I got bit by a dog when I was young and have been scared of animals ever since. I guess virtual pets are ok, hehe.

I cook most nights but not every night. We tend to eat out for lunch a lot though.

TLCDad makes a great stir fry (I think that is the only thing he cooks) But, that is how he got me to marry him, it was his stir fry! LOL

I would rather teleport... I hate driving and I am impatient. And besides, I am not sure I would want to know what people REALLY thought of me.

I would definitely be embarassed to have my drivers license shown to anyone!

I have lots of pet peeves.. but just a few are:
I hate when people "double dip" (Take a bite of food and then dip it back in the sauce/dip that everyone is using -- gross!)
I have a phobia about skin cells getting on me... I hate when people scratch their hair/skin by me or brush their arm off after scratching it... YUCK!

DH and I are both computer gamers. Before Ashley was born, we would pack up our computers and go to LAN parties. This is where a bunch of gamers get together to compete against each other. I haven't been to a LAN party since Ashley was born though, however we have had a few people over here to game. Just ask Kaitlin...her DH was here last weekend.

Ashley has 6 cousins

I went to Sinclair and Wright State University

My ancestors... pretty far back in the family tree are German, so I may have like 1/16th German in me or something like that.

Hmm, interesting jobs. Not really, I worked for a television station for a while and I also worked for an Ad agency. My job wasn't really that interesting but I got to meet some interesting people.

Favorite ice cream flavor -- mint chocolate chip. However, I have really been craving hot fudge sundaes lately.

First official date was a movie... Star Trek Generations. However, we had gone with a group to Sloopy's, a college bar before that.

Our wedding was nice... we had a small church wedding and then the reception at a nice hotel in their banquet room. After the wedding, when all the nervousness was gone, we had a blast. (Picture of us saying our vows below)

Favorite movie.. I don't really have one favorite. I like a movie with character or a nice chick flick.

TV show I hate to miss... hmmm, right now I would say OC.

Most embarrassing momemnt...that's tough because there have been so many. The one that my DH won't let me forget is from when we were looking for a house with the realator. We had looked at a few houses and pulled up to another one. We all got out of the car and was standing in front of the house while the realtor was unlocking the door. I was looking at the paper with the description of the house and said, "Oh, this is a two-story?" DUH -- we were standing right in front of it, it was kind of obvious that it was a two=story, I didn't need a paper to tell me that. LOL

Favorite drink... non-alcoholic would be coke. Alcoholic, although I am not a big drinker, would have to be Bud Light. Neither of which I drink while BF.

I used to read, but not much any more except for this forum, does that count? In that case, all of you are my favorite authors. LOL

Fav computer game....
I like just about anything except for racing and turn based games. I like First Person Shooters, Role Playing and Strategy. My fav of all time, which is too outdated to play anymore, is Warcraft 2. Currently, I would say my favorite is Unreal Tournament 2003. In the past, I've done the EQ and Dark Age of Camelot thing, but I guess I prefer a fast paced FPS to anything else.
