if they would ever harm my kids intentionally via kidnapping etc

that is the only I can think of now but again these things would never happen so I don't really worry about it

holley79 replied: I knwo my parents well and know they wouldn't do anything great enough to be disowned. But if they were to bring harm to my child or any child they would be disowned. My brother and sister have disowned their SD.
