Hillbilly Housewife replied: Our first dance was a song by Fisher - called ''I love you''. I play the piano, the violin and I sing - so a friend of mine who does professional band recordings (his own and another band) recorded me playing the piano, the violin and singing the song.
The parents`dance was again, me singing and playing - with my mom. It was ''The Rose'' by Bette Midler.
ETA - ''I love you'' was a song my DH asked me to learn for him when we started dating... it was ''our song''
mammag replied: The song we danced to was The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. Our "song" is Corey Hart's - Can't Help Falling In Love With You. Makes me nostalgic for those days again....
Insanemomof3 replied: We don't really have a song. But whenever I hear Amazed by Lonestar or I Could Not Ask For More by Sara Evans I think of James.
Those 2 songs are ones I like for him.
OH and Shania Twain's You're Still the One
guertin31 replied: Our wedding song was Best Friend from Tim Magraw.
Ali and I were at a party and we were dancing. I said to her "You know, I love you and I couldnt ask for a more perfect girlfriend. You are more than my girlfriend, you are my best friend..."
And just like that, that song came on... we were both like "dude...."
The rest was history...

This was the first song we ever danced too here.. At Club West..on our first date.. Can I have this dance my you're looking pretty Is there something wrong did he leave you hurting I don't mean to pry but that tear in your eye gave you away If you don't want to talk we'll keep it quiet But sometimes a heartache hurts worse if you hide it I think there's a chance one slow dance might ease the pain
You have the right to remain silent Anything that you say as I hold you against me Will forever be a secret between us two I've been wanting you but you didn't know it And now that he's gone at last I can show it If your heart is tired for the rest of your life Lay your love on me
This is a our second... and it is soo true
, I figure myself a mighty luck man with the simple few things I've got There's money in the pockets of these old wore out jeans I've got a trailer house and a lot My wife's good lookin' and a heck of a cook and she does her best to satisfy I've got a little bitty boy he's my pride and joy And a happiness that money can't buy Well I owe everything that I've got the the Lord he's delt me a mighty good hand And I owe a lotta people in a lot of different ways for making me what I am But the one thing that I'm most thankful for I guess it was a stroke of good luck Is when the Lord looked down on this great big world and made those horses that buck
Well, I wonder what my life would be like today if not for them buckin' old broncs I guess I'd be tied to desk and a phone or workin' at some old gas pumps Well I know that I can't ride forever but I'll do it just as long as I can Cause it's live for today forget about tomorrow life of a rodeo man Well I owe everything... When the Lord looked down on this great big world And made those horses that buck
So many times my eyes have held you Tonight please give my arms that chance If you don't feel the need for conversation We'll just let our hearts talk while we dance
