Josie83 replied: As usual i am of no help, rolleyes.gif but I hope you find somewhere! xx

momof2girls replied: how about canada?

Kaitlin'smom replied:
well thats pretty veg...do you have some place in mind I can look into?

dolfinrse replied: Why don't you look into Niagara Falls. Not sure how long it takes to get there though. wink.gif

MommyToAshley replied: What about the Poconos? I have never been there, but I have heard it is romantic. And, it's not too long of a trip.

MommyToAshley replied: Or what about Gatlinburg. That would be fun and you could do some shopping while you were there, but I think the Poconos sounds more romantic. wink.gif

jolene555 replied: i don't know it it's your taste, but i would suggest kentucky. there are lots of lodges ( http://parks.ky.gov/cumbfal2.htm ) that are extremely inexpencive, but memorable. they can be very romantic, as well. barry was telling me about this particular waterfall (called the "niagra of the south") that when there's a full moon it casts a moonbow. i think it would be perfect for ya.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm not familiar with that geographical area. So, I don't have suggestions, but I know whatever you decide on, you will have a great time with DH. wub.gif Do you like camping or cabins? Will you have Kaitlin? Let me get back with ya! wink.gif

bucky replied: Do you like camping? Could always get a cabin at Alleghany State Park, it's beautiful there and a lot of trails and stuff to do.

momof2girls replied:
No not really I am soo sorry!
Florida is still here and pretty!!! St pete is nice but then again I do see a tropical storm out there..

I just remember when I live in MI we would go to Canada it was so pretty and clean.. but I was a kid so I dont remember Im sorry!

momof2girls replied: Oh yeah Niagra falls is really neat!
so is Gatlinbury, TN is sooo beautiful!!!

Kaitlin'smom replied: thanks for all the info, we are looking into Nigara Falls and some closer places to stay, so we just might go someplace.

I will let you know what we decide on....I gotta make up my mind soon its about 3 weeks away

coasterqueen replied: Sorry I don't know the area so I'm not much help. Plus DH and I are big campers so many places I'd think of would be to camp, lol.

Kaitlin'smom replied: well I am thinking staying in a cottage would be fun, I like camping but I dont want to pitch a tent for my annivesary. I am just startig to try and find plces in ohio, KY or IN, see whats out there.
