CantWait replied: One is not really any better than the other, Depo may be a little stronger, but it comes with so many side effects as well (talking from experience with it). Obviously your little miracle was meant to be.

I knew 2 sisters that both got pregnant on the depo and one of them had them up the dose after she had her baby and she got pregnant again.
