mckayleesmom replied: Im not sure if its still there or not, but there use to be a reciepe in the craft section for that mold stuff....You can make the kids handprints and place them on a plaque for the hubby if you want. I made some before,,,but can't remember the exact reciepe.
Jamison'smama replied: Well mine was semi-homemade--we made stepping stones.
mckayleesmom replied: Here you go kim....just had to do some word fishing in google to find it

mckayleesmom replied: the hand poem one sounds really cute. You can buy some pretty paper...the kind that looks similar to scrapbook paper...really cheap at walmart or something similar..know your in Canada and then print it on that...and take The kids hands, dip them in paint and splat...
coasterqueen replied: I'm a slacker this year and didn't get around to having Kylie make anything other than a homemade card. I should have done stepping stones or something like that to get both girls prints but life has been chaotic here.
I just bought something, although I didn't really have the money for it.
mckayleesmom replied: Karen...run out and grab some rocks in your yard and paint them really fast....Actually I thought it was an awsome idea...I might do it.
lisar replied: My Dd informed me today that she wanted to buy daddy a knife cause he like to go hunting. So I was thinking about taking her to the store and letting her pick one out.

ETA: I really don't know how much it would actually cost to get that done I was only able to do that because of where I work at they make TONS of t-shirts and sweatshirts and stuff...
For mothers day we made picture frames with some craft stuff we had around the house and we made homemade cards I had ALyssa color them... You can also google some projects!
mummy2girls replied: Just google fathers day gifts and there should be tonms of crafts out there. What i did for aron this year( not that he deserved it) is i bought a shadow box frame, and i put jenna first hockey jersey he bought her in it(doesnt fit her anymore) and added a pic of her wearing it then put a little sign that says happy fathers day 2005 and also her name and age at the time.
