Yucky but Funny.......

Why do they gravitate toward yucky things? Daniel tries to drink the bathwater, after it's all soapy and grungy. He just leans forward and sips off the surface of the water!

We always have our toilet seat down, having learned to do this long ago with the cats trying to drink out of it, and fortunately he hasn't learned how to lift the seat yet. We try to keep the door closed too, so he just won't go in there.

maliksmommy replied: Malik's favorite place to play seems to be ther bathroom also, I usually have to hang out there every night so Malik can play. He is more interested in banging things on the toilet lid than opening it though:)

booey2 replied: Now that Thomas is starting to train himself when he is done he wants to reach in and touch it. I haven't got to him fast enough a couple of times but thats life. Nice to know it is not only my child.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: My DS loved to play in the toilet. We would find all kinds of things floating in ours. He also liked to unroll the toilet paper into the toilet, flush it and watch it spin off the roll! Many an overflowing toilet because of him.

Jade likes to unravel the toilet paper too. She hasn't figured out how to flush the toilet yet.

MomToMany replied: What IS it with the bathroom? Hannah loves playing in there, too. I can't let her go in there with Ethan because she will stick her hand in his pee when he goes ! She loves throwing all kinds of stuff in there, but (thankfully!!) she doesn't know how to flush the toilet yet.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Zach too! When we have him in our room walking around, if we happen to leave the sliding door from our room to the bathroom open, he makews a beeline for it...except he tries to lean into the tub. he LVOES baths!!!

He drinks the bath water too.... lol but usually I can get him out in time if he pees in teh tub, before he drinks it...

ediep replied: I have started to put some toys in our bathroom so Jason doesn't dump out the trash and play in the toilet. It is so funny, he climbs upstairs and crawls straight into my bedroom to get to my bathroom.
