I think, since I have so much leftover ham, I'll make a ham, cheese and pototo casserole.

Mom2BNTN replied: Pot roast with potatoes, onions and carrots with some cornbread muffins.

MamaJAM replied: Well - we have leftover chicken w/ apricot & prune sauce from Thurs night. We also have brisket left over from yesterday (and plenty more that I made to eat another day). So -- I don't plan to cook anything 'new' tonight. I'll have to pop out some type of new side-dish....not sure what (maybe more kugel).

Momof3inMe replied: I was going to have left over ham but everyone ate it!! So I guess I am going to bake some fish tonight and we have plenty of left over veggies to go with it.

3xsthefun replied: Hamburger Patties with Gravy & Mushrooms

Left over Scallop Pototoes

Green Beans

DH has a fire fighter class tonight, so I have to make something before he gets home.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Steak on the grill and not sure about sides dishes yet.

Crystalina replied: I'm thinking along the lines of boneless pork chops fried in Italian dressing, herb and butter brocolli rice and baby corn on the cob.

I prefer the pork chops with the bone but DH did the grocery shopping and he always gets the boneless, flavorless ones. dry.gif

TANNER'S MOM replied: By dinner do you mean supper? lol

KingMom replied: Easter leftovers!

C&K*s Mommie replied: It looks as though Chris does not mind if I make something before class tonight, and all he has to do is heat n' eat, after all. I thought he would not want to do that, and for him to make it himself so it would be fresh.

I will be doing the basics again. Grilled chicken with something on the side (have no idea what yet)
