In elementary school, I was a big time nerd. One "cool" guy used to call me "verrue" (pronounced Vay-Rue - the "ue" is pronouced more like the "ew" in "ewww" though...) instead of "Vero", which is pronounced "vay-row" and it's a french word that means "wart".

When I was little, some kids at school used to call me kite-head. My last name is pronounced kite (it's not spelt like that though, I bet you'd never guess how it's spelt ), but I don't know why they called me kite-head..I used to get so upset about it

AimeeNay....my nanie made this up when I was little...it's a combination of Aimee and Renee. She called me that before she passed away when I was a little girl.  My mother still calls me that at times
