At least I hope so They accepted my offer today and I'm approved, so now we just have to do the inspections and hope everything goes as planned, as it stands closing should be mid-October!!!

I went round and round trying to decide if I should move or not for the company and fell in love with a house there (in the other town) and it fell through; once the kids started school (even though it's only preschool) I started second guessing the move. Then the landlord informed me they're selling this house so I started looking in the mountains here just out of curiosity and WA-LA!

It's about 20 minutes out of town, 10 acres, all the horses in the world can be there (so minimal upkeep for me, they'll eat any grass I'll allow them to:thumb: ). Four bedrooms (three of them are suites with their own full bath), office, sunroom, I could go on and on but I'll wait until I have pics....it was a private seller so it's not online.
