Weigh In Wednesday - Let's hear it ladies and gents

coasterqueen replied: I went from 141.2 down to 140.6. So a 0.8 pound decrease from last week. Not great but not terrible since it is a loss. I'll take it. That's one step closer to getting out of the 140's and HELLO to the 130's. thumb.gif

I cheated a bit this week with snacking but stuck to my exercise and water. I hope to curb the cheating/snacking this week and stick to my exercise and water.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: I can't weigh in this week... we packed up the bathroom except our toothbrushes, toilet paper, kleenex and our toothbrushes and hair stuff... my mom left with our bathroom box, including our scale. tongue.gif

Probably the same, if not a pound up. My jeans were tight this morning, but they came out of the dryer, so I'm not sure. laugh.gif

b&bsmom replied: I weighed 212 this morning which is down a pound from last week. I try to lose a pound a week. Have been super busy so haven't had any time for anything and have been snacking alot. Hoping to get back on track.

Kaitlin'smom replied: Congrats Karen looks like by next week 130's for you!!!

I am out for now, I am way to frustrated bouncing around lbs I was so mad the other morning when I got on and it said I was up, it was probaly wrong but it set me off in a BAD mood all day. I am advoinding the scale right now and going to work on other things for now. I took the ticker out so I am not haunted by the reminder I cant get to go the way I want. I have also been doing some reading and until I take care of the stress in my life I will not be able to lose and keep the weight off. So one I work on that I can get back to the weight ins, until then I will contiunte to try and eat healther, drink water and get more exersize in.

Di - do what you have to do. Sometimes take a mental break from things and getting yourself back on track is the best thing to do. hug.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm down 2 pounds this week. I decided to go ahead and weigh in and if it shows a gain or if it stays the same then so be it. I know I'm doing my best. wink.gif I've worked REALLY hard at the gym this week. I've been pushing myself to the limit. It's doing me a lot of good and I can tell I'm building more stamina and getting so much stronger. I have also been lifting weights more often and pushing myself there, too.

My plans this week:
Continue drinking water and eating healthy
Go to the gym everyday, but lift more weights and keep pushing myself harder.

Congrats to you losers!!!! Karen, keep up the good work - I'm only dreaming of the 130's and you're knocking on the door!

TANNER'S MOM replied: I am done a lbs. It was 2 yesterday but today I was at 144.. so I will take what I can get. But I am getting my hunger back from being sick!

I"M BACK yes I joined weight watchers monday and my first 10 percent goal is 17lbs ya'll wish me luck I hope I can do this!!
