Valentines Day for kids....

3_call_me_mama replied: We are getting him a book and some fruit snacks shaped like hearts! Although he loves chocolate we allow VERY little. Last year we got him a valentines bib and a book called mouse's first valentine. It's really sweet. Dh is not as easy..... he has expensive taste...... one year i got him a palm pilot, pre children adn marriage, when we actually had money to spend on ourselves! any ideas??

MomToMany replied: Yes!! It's a day to celebrate how much you love each other, and I think everyone deserves a gift . It might not be much; maybe a book that the older boys want badly or a new game we can all play, and a little bit of candy. That's about it.

As for DH I cant say but I am sure he will love it! I dont want hime to find out and as he does have an account he might pop on even though he says he has not since he first registered, just dont want to take any chances

jen replied: I make a basket every year for Josh! I put chocolate, candy hearts, little toiletries, beer and copenhagen in it! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAa but it always turns out real cute!!! ha ha! he isn't so good at remembering valentines day so I don't go all out! Actually last year I cried my eyes out when he forgot!!!!!! Not too great of a memory. I am all about every holiday!!!!! I always do something even small.
