It still hasn't been read yet - it will be read arond 2pm.
BUT - what dh found out, from another aunt, is that some of his godmother's life insurance has been given out. She was covered so that in case something were to happen, her estate would be paid, nothing left owing. So that's been done, and her hcildren have received 24 million. DH doesn't know if that's 24 million each, or 24 million for the both of them.
We are not expecting anything... but it's rumored around dh's family that she left him a sum almost equal to that of her own children, since he was her only godchild. Of ocurse it's speculation and we're not taking that at its face value. It's rumored that dh is getting the piece of cottage property that he'd been promised 2 years ago. It's also rumored that he's getting at least 5% more shares in the now fully paid company. He already has some shares.
I'm so anxious, I've bitten my finger nails to the quick and I'm jonesing for a smoke so bad.
Call me selfish or whatever... but if he's called to the reading, he has to be getting something. People don't get called to the reading if they're not getting something.
I'm just anxious to find out what it is.
