To all my loser buddies....

Mine is not sweets or junk food...it's bread. I love fresh baked bread, dinner rolls, galic bread, etc. I always have to have bread with lunch/dinner. I don't like whole wheat bread either.
jdkjd replied: BREAD! I am so with you. But I am not limited. I love whole wheat or grain breads. Our grocery store here makes a sunflower seed bread that is unbelievable.
BUT pair the bread with butter and/or cheese (especially brie) then I have a meal. Yummmm.
Now I'm hungry.
booey2 replied: Bread and chocolate. Bread any kind as long as it is fresh, also because I don't lose weight as easily if I eat bread and I love it. Chocolate cause I love chocolate.
kit_kats_mom replied: Well, since it would be easier to list what I don't like here goes; Fresh fruits, veggies. Well, that about covers it! I actually do like most veggies but I can't do fresh fruit except for berries. The problem is that my DH hates most veggies so it can be hard to cook for us. He's trying to branch out though and try new things. I also hate that veggies go bad so quickly in the fridge. I always end up throwing out half of what I buy. Why can't fresh veggies keep like...oh I dunno...hot pockets?
mckayleesmom replied: My weakness is these darn thin mint girl scout cookies Im eating at this moment. I have a feeling that weighing in on monday isn't going to make me very happy.
booey2 replied: Hi I have a low ww point recipe for a chocolate chip cookie that they say tastes just like those thin mint ones. I made it before without the mint and they were awesome. If you want it let me know and I'll go find it.
maliksmommy replied: My biggest weakness is chips and pop. I went and got a pop this morning but it's my first one this week so I don't feel that bad. My problem is I don't like anything that's good for me and love everything that's bad. If they could make an all carb diet I would be the queen of that. I am definately not looking forward to weighing in on Monday either and to think this was all my idea
kit_kats_mom replied: For those who are dreading weigh-in. Just remember, it is not one week that will make or break you, it is the overall sum. I gained .8 lbs this week but I kinda knew I would since I was tired and that's when I tend to eat more. But I congratulated myself on not gaining a whole pound and vowed to try harder this week.
kit_kats_mom replied: Also, just a tip. Especially for chip/cookie eatiers. when you get home from the store, measure out individual servings into baggies and mark the points on them. It's not the chips that are bad...its the whole bag of chips! This makes it easier to control yourself and stop mindless eating.
mckayleesmom replied: Thats a good idea, but that would never work for me, I would just eat more bags. If they are there, they are mine.
ashade75 replied: My weaknesses are Coca Cola (lots of it) and Krispy Kremes (YumYum). I do ok on the weekend, but as soon as I walk in my office I think I am suppose to have a coke in one hand and a donut in the other. OUCH! Those pounds can add up quickly.
Kaitlin'smom replied: humm lets see probaly Bread also I just love it, and all kinds! I have not been eating it as much this week, alto I did find these bread sticks you just pop in the oven for a few minutes mmmmm...but I have not eaten that much of them I could eat them all, but i am holding back to one a day.....okay I had 2 yesterday with pasta for dinner, ops talk about the carbs!
Other wise its cake, sometimes i get a real craving for chocolate cake, I dont get it oftne so when I do I usually get a small cake and eat it (no not all at once, I could but I dont). mmmmm okay now I am hungry...........wheres my water!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Egg and cheese sandwiches. lol!!
Nothing like toast smothered in mayonnaise, with a fried or microwaved egg (in a small square - bread sized - tupperware container for about 35 - 40 seconds) and a slice or 2 of processed cheese on top, and the top of the sandwich.
Mmmm!! Toss in a pickle or a few salt & vinegar chips, and I'm ready to eat anytime, anywhere!!!!!!!!
~CrazieMama~ replied: My all time favorite is bread. I can eat any and just about all kinds. I don't like rye though. I like all others. I can eat is at every meal and not think twice about it. YUM YUM!!
MomofTay&Sam replied: My weakness is just old fashioned meat and potatoes!! I have been meat free(LOL) for quite some time now and I hide from potatoes in any shape or form. I have a veggie son so the meat thing is pretty easy to stay away from. I won't even look at bread..LOL
