It is a tart burner. The hanging part you put a tart in and a tea candle on the bottom part and it burns the tart its kinda like a fancy candle. I LOVE THEM!!!!

Yes they do.

And thats the reason I love Yankee Candle the candles actually smell when you burn them. You would have to ask Stacy (calebsmom) where she ordered these from but man they smell good.
