not right and i wasnt pregnant and I just got my period just heavy this time. i know period changes, its been hot here too

p.s. I did over 5 Conception Planners, and it says 4wks

Jackie012007 replied: uhm I can tell you what my doctor told me when they thought I had a chemical pregnancy... that is the technical term for an early m/c (within first 2 weeks of being pregnant)... basically you got a positive because you were pregnant, however something was wrong with the fetus so it aborts itself... but the thing is, if you weren't looking for a positive then you probably wouldn't even know because when you m/c that early it is just like having a regular period, and it will happen around the time that you were supposed to expect a period. Hence it is called a chem pg because the chemicals are the only proof of the pregnancy. If you got positives, you probably were pregnant, false positives are very rare. The only thing I advise is wait and then have a blood test to be sure... I went through the "chemical pregnancy", had a 4 day "period", then a month later had an completely unrelated blood test and foung out that I didn't miscarry at all and was still pregnant. I don't want to give you false hope but man I was pretty upset to learn that I was in fact still pregnant after I was told I wasn't and went ahead and drank at a wedding and all that crap ... if i were you I would want a blood test just to be sure but that is just me... hope you get the answers you need

katie27 replied: I know that some people can have a m/c without even knowing they have one because they think it is there period. As far as the dates they would count from the first day of your last period and not from the date of conception so you would have been aprox. 4 wks pg.

PrairieMom replied: You would have concieved around day 15 or about 2 weeks before your period so it is possible that you could have been pregnant.

They thought at the beginning that she might be a miscarriage, but then they continued to look at my levels and put me on progesterone cream and she's here now.
