You can't see who he's looking at, but I assumed it was Taylor. The smile and glow he had on his face.....he looked like the proudest father of two beautiful girls. Congrats!!!

My2Beauties replied: OMG Abbie some of those pics brought me to near tears because they are so beautiful. I love the ones of Taylor looking into the window and the one of Bill leaning down and smiling while he looks at Teagan and then the ones of him and taylor hugging! They are gorgeous! She looks so happy and Bill looks smitten!
