Ron is going on course - AGAIN

So much for looking for a night job. More importantly though, Anthony was just getting use to having him around.

I guess the only thing about this is, if he had to take it in January like originally intended, it would be in Ontario, and at least he gets it over with now. He'll be qualified to receive his Sgt rank, he'll only be going away for a couple days/nights after this.

Ummm sorta. This course is more like school, on what to do as a Sargent (sp?). Because it's military though, and it's military school, they gotta play soldier at the same time.

Going from MCpl to Sgt isn't a very high pay raise, the best pay raise would be from Sgt to WO, and that is still at least a few years away. There's no gaurentee that he's going to get his Sgt either, it would be nice for him though since he's worked his butt off for it.
