Question for the ladies..

luvbug00 wrote: I was wondering how do you monitor your Af??

When we started this whole pregancy thing with kim I realized I have NO idea what i would have said if they asked the date of my last period or whatever. My periods are SOOOO off anyway. I just was wondering because i'm sick of sweating out the days before my period.. dry.gif

~Roo'sMama~ replied: I have a little personal calandar for in my purse or diaper bag and when I get AF I just circle the date. If I didn't do that I'd never be able to keep track. rolleyes.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: I note it in outlook mine are really irregular so it's hard to gauge.

My3LilMonkeys replied: I'm on the pill so I just count back to the last week I was taking the sugar pills. I'm not always right on with the day but always within 2-3 days.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I have 29 day cycles, so I mark an "x" on the calender on the day I start, then count ahead 4 weeks and add one day and circle that day. That way, I know when I am due as well as when I last started.

luvmykids replied: blush.gif I don't keep close track either, I know it's always sometime in the first week of the month and thats about all I know.

C&K*s Mommie replied: Mine were never regular, so I never really kept track of them. Now that I no longer have any, I do not have to worry about it anymore.

Thank God for u/s giving you a roundabout age of a fetus, since I could not tell the docs for certain when I had my last cycle when I was PG both times. They had very little to go on, to guesstimate my due dates and the ages of the girls while in my womb.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I mark it in my calander.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm SO regular so it isn't hard to figure out. I also circle the date on my calendar. wink.gif

CantWait replied: I don't track it now, I just have an idea when it comes. I use to track it with a circle of start and finish in a calender though. Something I should go back and start doing again.

Our Lil' Family replied: That's what my pack of pills is for! wink.gif

jcc64 replied: It used to be a 30 day cycle, so it was pretty easy to keep track of. Now that I'm turning into an old bat, it's shortening to a 26-28 day cycle, and frankly, I'm having a rough time keeping track. Have no clue when I'm ovulating anymore, much less when af is gonna show up. That's what calendars are for, I suppose, but I never remember to write it down. Early Alzheimers....
