CantWait replied: shucks!!!!!!! happy.gif I guess just my 2 year old puppy dog. He's a golden lab and the best dog in the world. iloveyou.gif

supermom replied: We've (right now) got only a chinchilla that's about 5 years old, a white cat that my DH imported from Sweden that's about 3, and a part black-lab and part chow dog that is almost 14 years old. Oh, and my (almost) 18 yo son has two snakes - one ball python and one other kind that I can't remember right now, but they are pretty cool and the youngest sure does like them.....

We have had in the past rabbits, goats, guinea pigs, hamsters, more cats, mice, a couple of ferrets, lizzards, turtles, other dogs, and various fish. It's a regular menagerie around our house pretty much all of the time.

Kaitlin'smom replied: 3 cats

Tia-almost 9
Staci -5
Cami- 2

so now its like I have 5 kids! rolleyes.gif

ashade75 replied: We have a 3 legged hampster named "Stub" and another hampster named "PETEE"

Santa Claus brought Petee (the male hampster) (haha) who ended up having 18-20 babies 3 days after christmas. Turns out Petee wasn't a male after all. Called the pet store and the said congratulations you got a bonus hampster. To make a long story short they wouldn't take the baby that only had 3 legs so we now have "Stub" and "Petee"

MommyToAshley replied: Uttt ohh. DH is gonna get you all to gang up on me. He wants a puppy and I won't let him get one. wink.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:

why not? just tell him its ALL his responsibility, as well as everthing else! that might keep him quite for a while. wacko.gif

MommyToAshley replied: You know how men and kids are... "I'll do it! I'll take care of it!! You won't have to do a thing!" Well, that lasts for about a day -- if you're lucky.

And, I was bitten by a dog when I was young so I am a little shy around animals.

So, I guess you found Stub????

Kaitlin'smom replied:

yep, thats why we have cats they are more self suficiant than dogs. if they had to be let out or taken for walks we would not have them! altho I would not mind the walks....

CantWait replied: My dh wanted a dog more then I did, I would have settled for a cat. Not only do I financially support our pup, I walk him and pick up after him since doing that makes my dh gag......grrrrrrrr. He's worse then a kid.

TLCDad replied: I think Ashley will help me gang up on DW (hehe) to get a puppy. I've almost always had a pup/small dog in the house when I grew up.

I do not however like large dogs. And I am allergic to cats.

ashade75 replied:
Yea Stub was found! I almost called the exterminator. I was having nightmares about this three legged hampster breeding with mice. And we had lots of three legged hampster/mice running around.

Hillbilly Housewife replied:
Found Stub? What do you mean *found Stub*... lol did he get loose?! I once had a hamster, and I let him out of his cage (I was like 7), we never found him. Ew!!

Kaitlin'smom replied:

Hay TLC just to let you know there are free puppies on 202 inbetween Fishburg and Chambersburg! I just saw the huge sign on my way home last night........ biggrin.gif

madaise replied: we have 2 golden retrievers, 2 whippets, a cat, a leo gecko and a white's tree frog. smile.gif

ashade75 replied: rolling_smile.gif

ashade75 replied:
Yes Stub got loose. Of course it was on a busy morning when the three kids were getting ready for school. Something else happened that morning I can't seem to remember waht it was?!?, All I remember is calling my sis (MommytoAshley) later in the day and saying I felt like I was on the Brady Bunch show. By the time I got to work I was so exhausted.

Stub came back on his own. They left the cage open and he crawled back in a sleeping in his bed when we got home.

~Sheri~ replied: I have one big fat cat. Her name is Baby and she is 12 years old. She is black and white and her belly hangs to the floor. She is adorable!!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: rolling_smile.gif smile.gif I know a woman at my work who has 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 8 cats.

They live on a farm.

lol!!
