I won't say it is. It's bad if the baby is under a year. It's best to only give babies formula/milk in their bottles and leave juice for a sippy cup. Now, why its bad for me is Tracy's been weened from her bottle for several months and I gave in to her old habit.

Jamison'smama replied: I'll do about anything to comfort a sick child---I have tried giving Jamison ANYTHING in a bottle when she was dehydrated from throwing up so just chalk it up to comforting her--hey, we eat unhealthy food for comfort as well as many other things so if a bottle is as bad as it gets---you're doing great!!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm glad you got some peace! We all do what we can for peace every now and then. I plop Maddie in front of the TV when I want peace! Even when she has had her 2 hours of tele that day. It won't ruin her as much as my bad mood would, KWIM?

My2Beauties replied: Oh man, I try to give Hanna juice in a sippy and she takes it for a little bit and then throws it down, I havent even started weaning her from the bottle yet! I know bad mommy and she'll be 13 months.

DansMom replied: Daniel loves juice now---I wouldn't be able to deny him juice anymore. Oh, and the bottle---that's not so bad, especially if it helped her get to sleep and she needs sleep.
