Never had to wait

John told us you cant buy gas in Philly so they are coming to NJ to fill up
3_call_me_mama replied: UGH! that bites. Hope it lasts you a while !
Boys r us replied: Oh my goodness!!! So far no waits like that aorund here, just astronomical prices!
C&K*s Mommie replied: WOW! 25min on a otherwise 'normal' day. I suppose it has to do with the mid-atlantic states being left out in the cold by the fuel companies, as Ed's post mentioned. That is awful. I suppose this will only lead to even more padding of the pockets, since supply will be low with certain stores, and demand is just as high.
We have had to wait an exorbitant amount of time before too, but only because of the threat of hurricanes, and after the hurricane passes. We (in the Southern states) have to get what we can, while we can. So I can sympathize with you on a long wait.
My2Beauties replied: Lisa that really stinks, this gas stuff is for the birds
Kaitlin'smom replied: wow that reminds me of the 1hour wait some people waited when 2 gas stations had a gas war, it was insane.
kayla's mama replied: Man Lisa, that sucks. So far no lines here but out of this world prices
gr33n3y3z replied: in our town its 3.08 so we buy it off shore which its any where from 2.87 and up after we had dinner John went to fill his car up last night on the GSP and the Gas went up to 2.90 that fast. This has got to stop geeze
My2Beauties replied: I paid $2.99 the other day!
gr33n3y3z replied: That is so crazy not you but the prices I read some where by summer it will be near 4.00 a gallon
At school we are being charged a gas charge for our shipments that come in I saw one the other day 55.00 for an oder of 125.98
C&K*s Mommie replied: Let me get this straight. So not only do the taxpayers and any money trickling into your school has to be diverted from worthy programs, but now you have to pay for a per charge for the order of petrol that goes into the buses (I assume) on top of the actual price that you pay to have the gas on hand period. That is ridiculous!! (if I understand it correctly)
holley79 replied: That's a scarey thought. I had to wait about 5 minutes today at Murphy's because they are the cheapest in town. I got it for 2.80. UGGGG.
A&A'smommy replied: goodness it hasn't gotten that bad here in fact it has gone down to 2.71 and 2.69 maybe at murphys (walmart) its so weird..
NEWMOM05 replied: I saw almost all places at $2.99 today. Not even aweek ago it was $2.80.
Brias3 replied: Same here as some...no wait, just sky-high pricing!
gr33n3y3z replied: No not the kids not that I know of. Like we had a paper order come in Napkins, forks, spoons food boats stuff like that and they charged a gas shipping fee along with the regular shipping fee a lot of our supplyers are doing that now bc of the gas prices
My3LilMonkeys replied: We had several local gas stations run out of regular gas this week.
JP&KJMOM replied: Wow I think we are lucky here because prices are still right around $2.80. Give or take depending on where you go.
I have gotten several letters from suppliers this week to saying they are going to ahve to go up on delivery prices. Even companies that have NEVER sharged delivery rates are having to now. IT's scary.
amymom replied: About two weeks ago it hit $3.00 a gallon here. It has not gone below since. We paid $3.15/gallon just last night.
