Need dress help

coasterqueen wrote: Ok, be4 I post these pics be aware I have no make-up on, am sick, and my hair is a mess. tongue.gif Yes, I know, likely excuse - but true.

I need to decide on a dress out of these three. If you don't like any of them I'd appreciate total honesty. I'd rather know I look like crap in any of them than to be told I look good in it and really don't, kwim? Anyways, which one if any would you choose? There are three total so bare with me while I post them.

moped replied: WOW you are getting super slim girl - you look great.

I like the first but you need a push up bra, I really like the second the best and the third is nice but number 2 is better..........

You really look wonderful

kit_kats_mom replied: number 2 looks like it fits you the best. I like that one. you do look great!

CantWait replied: You look great in them all, but by far #2 is the best.

skinkybaby replied: I like number 3 the best!

gr33n3y3z replied: I like the 2nd and 3rd one

luvmykids replied: Two

3xsthefun replied: I like the 3rd one best. smile.gif

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: #3 is my favorite.

coasterqueen replied: Ok, y'all aren't helping me out. I've got several for 2 and several for 3.

Me, personally, I love #3. DH hates #3. He likes #2. I think #2 is just, I'm not sure about it. I don't like #1, though, although that's Dh's 2nd choice.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: My opinion of #2 is that the length just seems wrong. And #1 I think the print is too small, it almost seems gray. I still hold to #3. And your DH isn't the one who's going to be wearing it, KWIM? Do you feel good in it? Then go for it. thumb.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: #2 is the best!!

redchief replied: I like #3.

Jamison'smama replied: As for the dress, I like number 1 the best but I agree with Jen, a push up bra would make it fit nicer. I like number 2 second best because of the way it fits. There is something about the length of number 3 that isn't quite right for me..--maybe with ballet flats instead? I just can't put my finger on it.

You look FANTASTIC!! And really, all the dresses look great, that's why we all have varying opinions, there is not a dress that stands out as being wrong.

A&A'smommy replied: I agree number 2 is the best!!!

cameragirl21 replied: i like number 3, mainly because i don't like skirts and dresses to be long. anything below the knee is unlikely to get my vote. tongue.gif

moped replied: To help you choose #2......I say that the length on #3 is outdated..........so #2 is then?

tongue.gif

Teasing!

Insanemomof3 replied: I like #2 the best!!!! Looks great on you!

TANNER'S MOM replied: I like 3 the best .. but I agree that 2 does fit you well.

Mommy2BAK replied: I like them all, but especially #2! smile.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Definitely number 2.

Number 1 makes you look a little... in need of a push-up bra. laugh.gif

Number 2 makes you look very good. Maybe it's just your posture - but it seems to fit your body nicely.

Number 3 is nice.... but not as nice as number 2, fit wise. Pattern wise, and dress wise, the dress itself is nicer than #2, but #2 fits you better. In my opinion, anyways.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: #2 thumb.gif

coasterqueen replied: Thanks everyone very much for your opinions.

To be honest the only reason I don't like #2 is the length. I wish it was just a wee bit shorter. Although, it's more conservative for the company I will be keeping, but I really like #3. I SO wish it was just a bit longer. TBH it's a petite size. blush.gif I tried to find that same exact dress in regular size and couldn't find it so that's why it's short. Although I really do wear petite lengths it still looks short. For some reason I feel very short in #2.

I'm having boobage problems these days as Megan is pretty much considered weaned. I swear they deflated overnight. dry.gif So I am actually wearing a push-up bra there, just need a much smaller size now. rolleyes.gif blush.gif

I don't like any of them enough (well #3 if it was longer) to keep them. Especially for the prices they were. unsure.gif So I will probably just take them back. Although one of the guys here at the office told me to bring them in, model them, and he'd be the judge of which one looks best emlaugh.gif , but I think I'll past even though it was a clean offer. laugh.gif

I just really wanted something that said "Wow - we haven't seen you in 3 months and you've lost 10 pounds, you look great!" It's for a work function next week where most wear business suits, I just wanted to stand out a bit. I guess I'll go with the business suit cuz I have no more time left to shop. happy.gif

luvmykids replied: Could you just get number 2 hemmed? It's an easy job, an alterations shop could probably get it done in time without much money.

Brias3 replied: I like choice #2.

coasterqueen replied:
bigthink.gif I didn't even think of that. I figured because it's that stretchy type of material that it couldn't be hemmed. I might just have to do that. My seamstress has been loving me lately with having to alter all the waists in my dress pants, I'm sure she'll take on this task...for a price. tongue.gif rolleyes.gif Thanks for the idea.

Too bad she couldn't put material on #3 to make it a little longer. happy.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I think #1 is the best overall. #2 is really nice on you, but something does seem strange about the length, where it's hitting you. #3 is too short IMO and the sleeves seem a bit short on you too. But the black band really accentuates your waist, that's why #1 works great too.

I say go with #1. The sleeves are classic and the hem hits just right below the knee which I also think is classic. Love your shoes BTW...I have almost the exact pair and wear them with everything. thumb.gif

kimberley replied: LOVE #3! ur one hot mama! thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I vote for #2 it seems to fit the best and I like the length.

jcc64 replied: Sounds like you already made your decision- but I'll weigh in nonetheless. I like # 3- the length is more modern, it's very flattering and business appropriate. I'd like to see it with black tights or hose.
Personally, I don't like the pattern on #2- it's too old for you. You have a slammin' figure, Karen- show it off!
