Those are really cute diapers.

gr33n3y3z replied: you should go into your own business
You do wonderful work

My2Beauties replied: sad.gif I can't see them, when I click on the link it says Access Denied, my work must have the site you use blocked! Phooey!

MomToMany replied: They must have LeaAnn, because I have it set as a public album.

Kaitlin'smom replied: WOW thoes are soooo cute. I am so proud of you Mollie, if (and thats a big if) I have another I will deffinalty have to look into cloth dipering.

ediep replied: wow! Mollie, good job!

My2Beauties replied:
Yeah they have all kinds of stuff blocked here! Stuff that makes no sense to block! Sorry I wanna see them! sad.gif

MomToMany replied: OK, I can post them here too. I'll start another thread with them tonight or in the morning. Kayla just woke up wink.gif .

kel replied: wow! did you make those???

MomToMany replied:
No, I didn't make them. They were all bought except the wool covers my mom knitted for me. I did dye the Prefolds. They used to be all white, but not any more! I did make some of the doublers and wipes. That's about the extent of my sewing abilities blush.gif .

akbutterfly83 replied: Wow Mollie, they are great...... thumb.gif

When we have our next I'll have to get together with ya, and learn more on it, so I can do cloth diapers....

I was thinking about learning more now... and changing to this with Mason, but didn't know if it would freek him out changing his diapers on him..... what do you think.....?

Nicole replied: How cute!!!! biggrin.gif

MomToMany replied:
wub.gif I bet his bottom would love the switch! They are SOOOO much softer, and don't have the nasty chemicals in them!

Washing them is a breeze too! Here's an article I wrote about them:

Cloth Diaper article

akbutterfly83 replied: Thanks Mollie, that was helpful... I am sure going to look in to it......

what do you think would be the easyest for a new/starter...? what type..... & size...?

Mason is formula feed...... weighs 14lb 7oz....... and I'll tlak to dh about getting some.... I'll look @ the other links you have and look @ where to get them.... I really would rather him having cloth diapers.... the disposable ones if not the right brand give him a rash, and the plastic around the leg gives him a red mark... and I' not to happy about that......

that was a good artical by the way... very helpful on learning a bit on them...... thumb.gif

Thanks again.....

Heather replied: Wow girl that is a serious diaper stash...LOL Mine is pathetic compared to yours. Love PFs! Really cool!!

loveydad replied: Wow.

kimberley replied: WOW! Mollie, you are amazing! your dedication to cloth diapering is admirable! thumb.gif

MomToMany replied:
For someone just starting out, I would recommend Prefolds and Bummis covers, with a few Fuzzi Bunz for night-time or long car trips. I got the Deluxe package deal at Katie's Kisses. It was around $200, and that is enough diapers to last through potty-training. I recommend the Bummis Super Snap covers over the Velcro ones. Fuzzi Bunz require you to "stuff" them with the absorbant layer. I use my prefolds folded up in them. It is so easy to do, everyone can do it, even if you work out of the home!

Kirstenmumof3 replied: thumb.gif WOW you sure are creative! Makes me wish I had gone with cloth diapers. Are you planning to sell them? Start your own business?

MomToMany replied: No, I didn't make any of the actual diapers. I sewed up some of the doublers, but that's about it. I'm hoping to get the hang of sewing them. I have sewed a couple, but I was too embarrassed to share a pic of them. They look awful!

I'm slowly learning to knit too, so I can knit some wool soakers like the ones my mom made for me.

I'd LOVE to sew diapers for a living! That would be awesome! Maybe someday.....

Heather replied: Hey Mollie...I still owe you a diaper. smile.gif It is a lot of work sewing diapers that is for sure. I was going to make a business out of it but I just don't have the time. I love wool soakers. I have tons of wool yarn and have not done a thing with it.

3_call_me_mama replied: I really admire you girls that make these and that use these! I SO wanted to use cloth when I had Kathleen, but I own a business that requires me to be out of the home 10 hours a day (although the kids are with me) and it would be way too much laundry wise (i can't barely keep up with our regular laundry as it is!) But maybe now that Cameron is potty trained and I'll be home starting APril 1 I can give it a try.... thanks fo rht einspiration!

MomToMany replied:
Hey Heather! Awwww, don't worry about it! It's all right. I know you are quite busy wink.gif .

BTW, would you be willing to sell any of your yarn? I need more wool covers, LOL! I'd like some longies for next winter for sure! Hopefully by then I'll be able to knit my own!

coasterqueen replied: YAY! I finally got to see them! I tried twice yesterday but couldn't get it to come up. Those are awesome Mollie! thumb.gif

MomToMany replied: Thanks everyone! I sure love them wub.gif . I know, I'm a weirdo blush.gif .

Kaitlin'smom replied:
no your not, I wish I had met you before I had Kaitlin I would have tried cloth
