chiciwa: well i am cleaning grandma didnt go home last night she stayed here with me. trying to put my house back into order. they released dustin and he called me from the hospital to pick him up i told him no, he walked here, banged on the door to let him in he was cold and wet cause it was pouring rain, i told him no to leave, or go into the garage i heard him go into the garage, then he came back out and asked for his phone and a long sleeve shirt found the phone, no shirt, and then he split, dont know now where he is, he never even asked about timmy just kissed me good bye and left

chiciwa: yeah pretty nervy huh, i am going to be so embarassed to go back to work, i totally lost it when court called and siad the cops were at my house and i needed to go home that dustin had did it, he had said we would find him hanging in the garage when we got home so when she said that i just totally lost it hysterically. had to have someone drive me to the house

chiciwa: one of the girls from work that has a 4 year old little boy has timmy right now, and for the next couple of days, i am going to go to the courts to get custody i guess, i dont know really what to do, at least right now he is safe and is having fun with his new little friend with big trucks he says
annebri99: He needs to sign custody over to somebody.....somebody has to have custody if he keeps pulling these stunts
chiciwa: he doesnt have to sign anything, i will take the police report from last night to the judge, and now i dont have a clue where he is so i will get it no problem

chiciwa: the courts will help me get what i need, or dcfs will help too

chiciwa: ok well i need to finish cleaning up around here, i have fruit loops everywhere, dustin must have passed out at one point and thats all timmy could find to eat.

mckayleesmom replied: I don't know....My mom and sister are taking care of him right now.....I want him..don't get me wrong, but I also worry about him being brought to me...SO many people have already come in and out of his life. I will probably definantly take him for a couple weeks anyways...That way my mom can get some sanity back and he can come at least visit and have a good time.

I hope, for Timmy's sake, that either dad signs over custody immediately or the court doesn't fool around and hands over custody to you or your mother or someone (anyone besides dad). Keep us posted.
