I also like Maddie (which is good for English/French because Madeleine is a French name) - Annie - Hollie - Jessie - Katie - Lucie - Christie

Boys are harder for some reason . . . what about Charlie - Frankie - Gregorie - Henrie - Jamie - Nickie - Ollie - Robbie . . . the only one of those that I personally like is Jamie, but if you like them then it might help? This is so hard!! Do they HAVE to be ie names? wink.gif tongue.gif xx

ferocity302 replied: I found a great baby name site and you can put in the criteria for a name ending in ie

http://babyzone.com/features/content/default.asp?TopicID=30

They show the origin also so if you are looking for a specific lineage to follow.

Looks pretty kewl to me..... I think I might check out some of them myself.

3'smom replied: Gracie
Jadie
Lacie

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Thanks guys.....

I want to specify too that the name itself should end in "ie". The shortened name doesn't have to.

Like Zacharie - but we call him Zach.

Those are all great names though - haven't seen a lot of them on websites I've checked out!

TeagansMom609 replied: I think Carlie is cute. We almost named Teagan, Carlee but changed our minds last minute. I cant think of any boy names ending in "ie". Good luck, the baby name game is tough!

~KARA~ replied:

Maddie dosent have to stand for Madeline thought! It can be short for Maddison!

Carly (ie) is a HUGE name recently for girls. I didn't know that til my boss and his wife named their little girl Carly. At first I thought "uh I hate that name" then it started to grow on me and now I've seen a dozen or so babies given that name.

I also like Kylie but that could be because.....dunno.gif..... tongue.gif
