Is my child the only odd one...

mummy2girls wrote: when it comes to bedtime? I dont tell her when its bedtime, She will come up to me around 730-800pm each night and tell me she is tired and needs to go to bed. i put her to bed and she goes with no fuss. and will sleep throught the whole night for at least 12 hours. so is Jenna the only odd child that does this? Dont get me wrong I am not complaining i just find it odd that a 3 year old wants to go to bed...LOL...

redchief replied: She sounds just like how Rick used to be... No that's not odd at all.

mom2my2cuties replied: Andrea does that a lot - she will come up, ask for a pillow and blanket and then say "I'm Tarred"

MM'sMama replied: Wanna come teach Brice and Caroline to do that? rolling_smile.gif

CantWait replied: Anthony will only do this once in a while around 10:00 at night. And I stress it's only once in a while. snooze.gif

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: My brother used to do that, but Logan, no way, he'd go like the energizer bunny if I let him.

C&K*s Mommie replied: When Chris (my DH) was a child, he used to tell the company that was in his home- be it his own friends, or his mothers friends- that they needed to go home, it was his bedtime. emlaugh.gif

luvmykids replied: Kylie does that, she is so good about admitting she's tired. The other two, well, they're party animals rolling_smile.gif I've already decided they won't be allowed to borrow the car together in high school huh.gif

Brias3 replied: Mason will do this only for naps. 9/10 times he'll come to me sometime after lunch saying "I tired". Bed, no way. I wish!

TheOaf66 replied: must be, Tanner fights us tooth and nail most of the time...lucky you thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: Kait has done this, not all the time but occasionaly she will say she is tired and curl up on the couch.

kristy-n-chad replied: I wish! We fight to get Noah to bed by 10-11. rolleyes.gif

lisar replied: Thats how Lexi is and has always been that way. I thought it was weired when Lexi done it to. I dont know. I love it though. I know I wont be that lucky with Raygen. LOL..

My2Beauties replied: blink.gif You mean there is a child out there that does this?? blink.gif

ediep replied: Jason does this all the time. he doesn't sleep for 12 hours though....usually 10 hours, 11 if he is really really tired.
It doesn't matter who is here, he always goes to bed without a fight.

when he used to take naps, he would go in for his nap even if his friends were over if he was tired enough

Boo&BugsMom replied:
He doesn't fight it, he just daudles! rolleyes.gif

Shelly, you should feel lucky! Tanner isn't aweful to get to bed, but he's no dream either!

Boo&BugsMom replied:
That's what I was thinking! How do I get one of those? Sign me up! laugh.gif

Bee_Kay replied: Not odd at all! Ashley and Tyler did the same thing smile.gif

Now though, they are 13 and 15.... They are NEVER tired at night (at least they don't admit it).... and incredibly sleepy in the morning! (they BEG for more sleep) LOL teenagers rolleyes.gif
