I reached another milestone! - 24 weeks already!

Time is flying by! The whole thing still doesn't feel real, I guess it won't really hit me until I am holding her, but I have a TON to get done before she gets here!

In all reality I felt the same way when I was pg with Megan (except the pure tiredness dealing with a toddler and being pg). I decided to wait to do a lot of things til later in my 3rd trimester so I wouldn't get so anxious for her to be here and then dread those last few weeks of her NOT wanting to come out.....well that wasn't a good plan because she came 4 weeks early. We were SO not prepared for her to come that early and nothing was done. If it wasn't for my OB telling me to do some of the things early because I was on bedrest most of the time we wouldn't have even had a space (her room) for her to sleep.

Have you done the nursery yet? How fun is it that you get to do it totally different! I on the other hand just painted, but used all the same stuff...

I bought the bedding, it is so pink and flowery! I'm brain storming ideas on how to paint, but have't really been inspired yet. I am a little scared to paint becuase if this girl turns out to be a boy I cna return the bedding, but i'm not putting my little man in a pink room!

What other colors are in the bedding? You can do a light green or yellow and be safe, but I bet you're safe either way...you're having a GIRL!

PrairieMom replied: The bedding is white with pink flowers, there is a little green in the stems and leaves. I was thinking about doing solid pink on the bottom with pink and white stripes on the top with wall paper boarder or stensiling in the middle. but the middle part is where I get stuck and it is WAY to much work to think about right now! I'm still recovering from doing The Boys room at the beginning of the month!
