I had the worst Monday~ I hate Mondays!

I had done a report on Friday and my co worker who is training me called me in the office and said that the owner called her at home about the report Saturday and he was NOT happy was her words. I had made a mistake, but the mistake was somethign SHE had not told me. I even went and got her procedure manual and showed her what she said and did not say to do. I followed the manual but still made the mistake. But if you think she told the owner the mistake was from lack of training.. WRONG! Then I spent 3 hours correcting the mistake! I was so mad! I don't mind being corrected and I want to learn from my mistake. But I can't be held responsible for following the directions I am given if I can't be given the proper directions! Then I had to process about a million tax reports! Then at 4:30 I was given 2 reports that had to be out before 5! I wanted to scream!

Kaitlin'smom replied: right with you. I had someone yell at me, would not listen to me and then hang up on me oh well passed it off to the boss to deal with.

I hate mondays also, I am in the club with ya
