I had a Doctor's Appointment......

I liked the glucose thing I was prepaired to be awful when it was actually good....it tased like orange crush to me, it was carbonated and orange, was kinda sweet thought first thing in the am but not bad at all. I know some people dont get the carbonated version, and I think that makes the difference.

hope you get some pics at the ultra sound they are the great...

jen replied: HA! Yea I am an old pro at the glucose thing, even though I may fail miserably I have done it several times with my hypoglycemia problem! I was also told by my endocrinologist that I had a 50% chance of developing Gest. Diabetes but my OB doesn't think that is a problem, so we will see! I have done two 4 hours and even a 7 hour test in the past YUCK! The needles worry me more than that orange drink! When You can't have much sugar, you will take it where you can get it! LOL!

I can't wait for the ultrasound!!!! Then a couple of weeks after that we are going to do the 4D! WAHOO!

I have to agree that the glucose test was yucky (mine wasn't carbonated). But, at least you get another peek at Maddie at your next appt. Be sure to post the U/S pics!

glad all is going well i LOVED the orange drink it tasted just like orange soda except it was a little sweeter, i was also starving because they told me not to eat or drink anything and my little baby was a hungry girl but anyways not fair about the 4d thing i never got the chance to do anything neat like that oh well there is always next time, i hope you are going to share pics with us i would LOVE to see!!!
