I don't believe it!!! - Someone pinch me!

It is amazing what those few hours do for me. I have alone time now. I can talk to Scotty when he gets home with no interruptions or fights (Maddie hates for us to talk) Last night we were in bed before 10!!! That is just amazing! (and we didn't have a child between us!)

It makes a difference. Sometimes my kids (teenagers too) want to nap after school and then go to be when they are suppose too,

Learning takes alot of energy...

mammag replied: That is wonderful!!! That is one thing I miss. Before I had Keegan I was able to have that alone time at night after all the years of having someone in bed with me or up untill all hours of the night. Now I've started all over again. Oh well, I guess it's the trade off for all the good we get from having kids.

amynicole21 replied: Wow - nice! Sophia is still taking about an hour to get down at night. It's exhausting. I usually end up falling asleep while trying to get her to sleep! Sometimes in the middle of a sentance during story time

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Maddie starts school on the 6th of Sept. I wanted her in this routine before school started so she wouldn't be so tired, kwim?

Seriously, I thought this day would never come. I gave it a week before I bragged about it, though. I didn't want to jinx it.

sunshine girls replied: i wish it was like that in my house! Elle's good, she's in bed at around 8:30, Gwen's a completly different story. She still sleeps in her crib, my mom brought it for me and it's pretty big so she still sleeps in it. She goes to bed at 8:30 like Elle, but she always try's to get out. If she hasn't got her head stuck between the wooden bars she's got her legs stuck in between them, or else she tries to climb out, or she call's for me or screams. I can't wait for a night when I don't hear "MOMMY I'M STUCK, HELP GWENNIE". (she never says me, she always refers to her self as Gwennie )
