I can not believe this happened!

I hope they at least did a good job of laying the carpet. What color did you get?

Kaitlin'smom replied: how horrible they better pay up for a new window, meds and fire the installer. We had meds taken from our appartment years ago but we are not sure if it was maitnence or a friend now I dont have them where people can just help them selves.

Good luck getting it resolved. They have insurance to cover this type of thing... or just tell them you want the carpet for free

kit_kats_mom replied: That's ridiculous. Usually, the place you buy the carpet from hires outside vendors to install it but OMG, you'd think they'd check to see if they were reputable.
