Help me. :-(

FIL is up to his old tricks. Telling me that Lauren needs to be beat and when both girls were overtired (because they waited until their dinnertime to feed them which is 3 hours past the girls regular dinnertime) and grumpy, I said in passing, "you two are making me crazy" and he actually said "welp, you made them that way. it's your fault." WTF???? he's lucky I didn't just haul off and smack him upside his old grey headed noggin. grrrrrrrrr

I did take MILS car into town today and I had all of my hair chopped off. It's short but I love it. Not sure how DH will react but tough. It's not been out of a ponytail in 4 years. No point in keeping it long IMO. plus, this will teach him to send me off by myself for a week. LOL Of course, MIL tried to get me lost. SHe gave me totally wrong directions and I was driving around corn and bean fields just getting more lost. Finally a farmer passed me and he gave me directions. Freaking fracking woman! ARGH!!!

We did have some excitement yesterday. The girls played in the mud and K was covered head to toe in mud. Then I hosed them off. Later in the day, they were riding chocolate the donkey and when they got off of her, the donkey escaped. That was pretty funny, watching the donkey take off through the cornfield and watching the clydesdale (who she's in the pasture with) follow her along the fence and whinney to get her to come back.

I'll post pictures when I get home and have a decent internet connection. We will be home late tomorrow. Is it bad that I'd rather hang out at the airport all day than hang out here? I'm seriously about to crawl out of my skin.

I hope you can continue to find humor in somethings, while you are there. That should help to take the stress off of your shoulders.
