How much of a culture shock was it to move here from the Netherlands? I have an aquaintence who moved here after being born and raised in Denmark. She really likes it here but has said how hard it is to be so far away from everyone and everything she once knew. Personally, I'm a weenie~I don't think I could ever do it!

Ann replied: It was a BIG culture shock to be honest. LOL!!
I think the biggest shock came when I had Mikey and found out that insurance here is not free. In The Netherlands health & dental insurance is free until they are 18.
