OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess everything is ok bc the dude didnt come in and see me like the last time.
But while I was waiting in the room I spotted a bear with a saying on his shirt and it said this:

They're not
Hot flashes
They're power
surges!

I thought that was cute smile.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Cute saying! happy.gif

I'm so glad everything looked okay to the tech. I'll keep you in my thoughts. Please let us know when you get some results. I know that can be so stressful when they have found something on there in the past. hug.gif hug.gif My mother had breast cancer and she goes every 4 months for a mammogram...she gets pretty stressed everytime.

MommyToAshley replied: Glad it went well and the tech didn't have any concerns... that's a good sign. hug.gif

Cute saying! thumb.gif

kimberley replied: lol that is a funny saying! laugh.gif

yuck about the mammo but glad it is all okay. hug.gif

luvmykids replied: hug.gif Glad everything seems good ...

I'll have to find a shirt like that for my mom rolling_smile.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: glad it went well

I do have a kinda weird question, do you think it would hurt more being big busted or small.....maybe it does not matter either way. They dont sound fun.

A&A'smommy replied: ugh not fun!!! But that is a cute saying!!! thumb.gif

gr33n3y3z replied:
I asked that question to the Tech lady bc I'm small and she said that it hurts either way bc your skin is being pulled and smashed at the sametime

I love it when they say dont breathe hold your breath
I said to her it hurts to beathe bc your so into that machine it hurts so bad to breathe LOL

Jackie012007 replied: good for you for getting a mammo!!! lots of women won't do it because they are uncomfortable but they are so so so so important! I've had them done once a year since the age of 18 because breast cancer is so prevalent on both sides of my family... lost both great grandmothers and my paternal grandmother to it, my grandmother had it but they caught it in time and she is in remission. Now one of my maternal aunts has it :(but mammograms are a LIFESAVER and KUDOS to you for getting one!!! thumb.gif

Did they give you the rose after? Here when you get one done they give you a flower and a little goody bag biggrin.gif Guess it's to make up for the ouchies blush.gif

gr33n3y3z replied:
they give you nothing here at all except candy in a dish and thats for everyone to pick out of lol

I've been getting them done since the age of 23 bc my Mom died of breast cancer at the age of 50 she got breast cancer at 45 well thats when they found full blown cancer and had her breast removed.
My Dr's are very cautious with me and that makes me feel good.

My2Beauties replied: Glad to hear they didn't come back in (the tech guy). I heard mammo's are awful. I've never had one - yet because Breast Cancer isn't too prevalent in my family tree. BUt the day I turn 35 I will start getting them.

DansMom replied: So glad it seemed to go ok (sorry it hurt though!). I'm not looking forward to the baseline mammogram, tbh. I was still nursing when I turned 40, so I got to delay it a year, but now it's time to pay the piper. And I know it's important.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Glad to hear everything went well hug.gif
