Hillbilly Housewife replied: Boo hiss, I'm not getting the answers from the broker that I'd have liked.

Two of the companies said they'd approve - but one is an 85% loan to value, at 8% interest... and the other is a 90% loan to value, with 7% interest.

I was more looking for 95% loan to value and 4% interest.

ah well, the broker's still looking around. I wonder if we'd get a better rate if I had a co-signer?

I've only got 15K to put down. I want the most value for my money!
