Can anyone find a legitimate site? - Biden Leaving the Dem. Ticket

Crystalina wrote: DH got a phone call this morning from a friend who stated that Biden is leaving (apparently using health issues) and Obama plans on replacing him with Hillary. All I can find are blogging sites. I want legitimate proof and not a bunch of bloggers who got an email from whoever. I just have a problem with this being out there in the open when his picking Biden was so hush, hush to begin with. Why would this not be as hush, hush until it happens?

Calimama replied: Um Crystal, please don't get my hopes up this late at night. It's not good for my blood pressure. laugh.gif

No, but now I'm off to Google.

I've been Googling like crazy and only find bloggers saying it. I went to the Obama site and it mentions nothing at all. I'm thinking it's a big fat lie.

kit_kats_mom replied: I heard a conservative radio guy talking about this two days ago. He did not say it was going to happen but that he would not be suprised if it did and that he (Hilary Hater extradornaire) just doesn't feel comfortable counting Hilary out yet. Thought it was interesting.

Crystalina replied: Apparently this is the email:

It doesn't sound too legit to me. dry.gif And I didn't know Biden ever had health issues. huh.gif

Calimama replied:
I don't know, but October 5th is our anniversary and that would make an awesome gift. rolling_smile.gif

cameragirl21 replied: Idk if it sounds legit but if it were it would be fantastic...would pretty much guarantee Obama's victory.

Calimama replied: It's on Snopes.

Crystalina replied:
happy.gif Thanks but heck, their no help...it's undetermined. emlaugh.gif

I'm thinking it's a hoax. For one it would be too good to be true and two, the news would be all over this if it had any speck of legitimicy. (sp) Joe Scarborough would be spending all morning on this one. happy.gif

luvmykids replied: I sent this to a friend who moves in much higher political circles than I do (and is a die hard Hill supporter) ....she says she's asked and there is zero truth to it.

lisar replied: I have been hearing this for a while now. I dont know if it is true or not though

mammag replied: I can't see Hillary wanting to be Obama's VP. I think it would be better for her to wait 4 years and take on the incumbent.

Crystalina replied:
I agree 100%. She would not play second fiddle to Obama. nosmiley.gif I'm sure she was asked and she turned him down. He knows it would be an almost guaranteed win to have her so I can't see why he wouldn't have went there from the start.

jcc64 replied:

Ita, Jeanie.
It sounds like internet scuttlebutt, nothing more.

luvbug00 replied: Oh if hilery was on the ticket i may have been swayed to the dark side......NAW!! emlaugh.gif I would never vote for obama no matter who his vp is.
