A hairy question....

Edited to add: I'm lucky if I shave every 3 weeks in the winter. I'll shave a bit more in other times of year because of shorts, but I rarely will wear shorts when I'm CHUB and wear long skirts.

MyLuvBugs replied: I'm so glad we're not the only ones. I shave once a month in the winter, and once a week in the summer. My mom on the other hand stops shaving at about October through April each year. It's a little gross.

TANNER'S MOM replied: Well I shave my under arms daily..every shower. I can't stand the thought of pit hair..and someone seeing it at all.

I shave my legs..maybe once or twice a month. Unless I am wanting to look sexy or DH says something. I am lucky that my hairs are blonde and soft. You really can't feel or see them..but if the light hits them you are like OMG is that really my legs..lol

Now my step daugher..lord of mercy..if she sits by you in shorts..you want to scream. I have threatned to hold her down..and shave for her.

WHy is that we are so eager to shave..and then hate it so bad!

armpits, though, are another story, they can just grow - maybe about 3 weeks or so.

My neck, that's a whole other story!

Almost daily in summer due to shorts here in FL.

MamaJAM replied: I try to shave once per week all year. No one ever sees my legs except DH -- so I just need to keep them nice for him (and he doesn't freak over stubble).

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: I shaved (my legs) for the first time last week because I had an ob appointment. I did realize how bad of a job I did while I was sitting there because there were patched all over my legs that were bad.

My3LilMonkeys replied: In winter, only if I am planning on wearing a skirt to work, which is about once every 2 weeks. In summer, I shave every 2-3 days if I will be wearing shorts or a bathing suit. I'll go longer if I'm going to be wearing jeans.

Armpits are every 2-3 days also - as soon as the stubble starts to show because they get ingrown pretty easily.

Also, I have to shave my big toes every week or so - I will admit it (only because you'll never see them ) I have hairy toes.

Kaitlin'smom replied: arm pits every other day no matter what time of year, I hate arm pit hair. Legs every other day in summer, and about once a week in winter, sometimes more depending on weather or if I fee like wearing a long skirt

Boys r us replied: EVERYDAY on the armpit hair and the uhmm bikini area. Once you get in the routine of doing it, it's a quick once over, it takes no time at all.

As for legs, I used to obsess about shaving them constantly, but now I'm only like that in the summer. In the winter, I shave them every couple of weeks. I have very fine, blonde soft hair..that grows back really slowly..so I'm VERY FORTUNATE!!!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: i should post a pic of my legs... i haven't shaved them in months. it's strange though - i hardly have any hair growing on my calves... just the front.

I shave my pits everytime i shower though, and my bikini area too.

kimberley replied: funny question! i shave maybe once a week in the winter and every 3 days in the summer. my hair is still fine and generally doesn't grow fast (unless i'm pg ) but i like that smooth feeling

CosmetologyMommy replied: LOL...........2 weeks in the winter, everyday in the summer........I'm a slacker in the winter.....no one sees my legs but me and my DH......He does politely tell me when they gotten out of hand, though..............
