I usually handle this day ok but this time it just made me feel bad anxiety all day to the point of being tired and nauseous. It must be b/c it was making me really sad that Erica cant have all her brothers with her and same for Jason not being here with Erica. Here in spirit I know... but physically. First anniversary with Erica so that's why it hit me so hard. All day was fighting bad tears. Did let it out a couple times though.

Again, thanks for the hugs and thoughts.
