1 yr old boys - and their *toys*

CantWait replied: Yes it's very natural. My son never really did this either, but I've read over and over again....it's just their way of discovering their bodies. If it continues when he's older and can understand, just make sure you let him know it's ok to do that, but to do it in private, like his room or the bathroom. Good Luck. I have a hard enough time not cracking up when he's...excited...while I'm changing his diaper! I'll just DIE when he starts playing with it!!!!

paradisemommy replied: yep taven is a little grabber and he pulls it really hard too...i keep thinking that's gotta hurt but then he does it again and he gets this serious look on his face like he's REALLY concentrating hard..it's too funny.

even funnier is i always put powder down there since it's so hot over here and he'll grab it so fast that he usually ends up with powder all over his face because i'll pull his hand out and then he'll rub his eyes or touch his face... tee hee...it is pretty funny to watch..
