Does he get along well with his brother and sisters?
What is he taking in college?
Does he have a girlfriend?
What are you most proud of about him?
Is he more like you or Ed? looks and personality.
kimberley replied: questions for John...
what is your dream car?
where do you see yourself in 5yrs?
what is the best thing about your parents?
what are you most proud of?
tell me your most embarrassing moment lol.
mom2tripp replied: What a very good looking guy--boy if I were younger JK
What makes you most proud of him?
What are his future plans?
If you could give him one piece of advice for life what would it be?
redchief replied: He might give his own versions of answers to these, but I'll give them a go first.
I'm most proud of his openmindedness. He's a very independent thinker and he makes friends easily.
He intends to be an architect and it's his dream to design luxury homes.
The piece of advise I always give him is that it's people who are important. He takes that very seriously too. He's always ready to lend a helping hand and is passionate about the imporatance of his relationships. Now if I could just get him take out the darned recyclables.
johndean replied: I will be taking engineering courses in college hopefully to become some kind of engineer. It will allow to experiment with different kinds of engineering and than from there i will decide. I am hoping to maybe get into some form of either Architectural Engineering or maybe materials or chemical engineering. I do have a girlfriend of going on close to 8 months now. I just helped her parents move her into her dorm yesterday... if that wasn't a sight to see. I was carrying 60 pound boxes and she's trotting behind with a stuffed animal and a broom... got to love her... lol. She's great though and I wouldn't give her up for anything right now. She is only going to be 15 minutes from my college (which wasn't even planned) and I can't wait to see what the next few years bring out of our relationship.
I'm not sure what my parents are most proud about for me... but I am rather impressed with my acceptance into drexel. Out of around 13,000 applications they could only accept 2,500 students so that made me proud of myself.
I get along great with my 16 year old sister. My brother and I have our differences and usually don't see things eye-to-eye, but we do get along. And I wish I had a better relationship with my youngest sister but we don't really like the same stuff (she is more like Rick) so they get along, and Erin and I get along.
I don't know who I look like the most, but I would have to say my mom. And I definitely have my mom's mouth, personality, and attitude... without a doubt.
johndean replied: My dream car changes a lot. You see because I have my after college dream car, sports dream car, and then, well, the dream dream car. lol.
Right now I really want an Acura RSX- Type S (Hey mom, can you see this?!?!?) Later on in life I would love to have a BMW Z-8 or something of the like later on in life.
In five years I hope to be settled down with a woman, and start my career considering I would just be getting out of college. I really want to be sucessful so I am going to put everything I have into being the most sucessful person I can be.
It's hard for me to name a most embarrassing moment because I really don't have one. Yeah maybe at the time I thought I was embarrassed but than when I look back on it... I really wasn't. I learn how to make even the biggest mistakes into something that isn't a big deal. Probably the most embarrassing moments though were my car accidents because coming home and telling your dad that you hit someone elses car is not something to be proud of and is not anything close to fun.
gr33n3y3z replied: He's so handsome! Thank you
Does he get along well with his brother and sisters? Erin and John are very close Like Rick and Katie are but they get along
What is he taking in college? Architectural Engineering
Does he have a girlfriend? Yes he does she is in the pic with him isnt she pretty
What are you most proud of about him? John is a type of kid if he wants something he will work hard to get it
Is he more like you or Ed? looks and personality. He is me 100%
mckayleesmom replied: What do you miss about high school?
How many kids do you want in the future? (Im probably giving your parents a heart attack right now )
If you were trapped on an Island...what 3 things would you take?
moped replied: Nice looking man you have there
johndean replied: It's hard to really find something that I missed about high school... there is nothing i miss about the high school i went to (around the end of my sophomore year they started going through a strict phase that is still continuing today) and they made actually going to school the dreaded part of school. Don't get me wrong I love school and learning, but when you are forced to wear certain clothes in a public school and have teachers and security breathing down your back because your shirt happens to have one little stripe in it, it really ruined the whole high school experience for me. I feel bad for my sister who is a junior now because they are saying juniors won't be allowed to drive to school. They make a different rule every year and they get worse as the years go on. I only hope the best for her for her senior year. But I do miss my friends, and being in classes with them for the past 4 years. It is something that will take getting used to but I know I am going to meet so many new people this upcoming year, but I will never forget those that I spent the past 4 years with. I will definitely keep in touch with them in the future.
Kids... lol. Not for a while. Definitely won't even think about them until after college. After I get settled, and if I decide to have children I would probably want 2, no more than 3 years apart.
If I got stuck on an island, I would want to have my girl, a big tent(we are talking as big and water/bug tight as they come), and the ability to make fire (Sunoco should lend me a few truck loads of gasoline). Maybe by the time I found a way off the island (the good engineer I'll be) gas prices would probably be so high I could make a fortune off the few tankers I have left, and retire a rich, happy man.
kimberley replied: LOL @ your gf carrying a stuffed animal and a broom! i can just picture that you guys make a cute couple and i wish you the best together!
what jobs have/do you have? did you like them?
what are you most excited about college?
do you have any pets? what are their names?
what music do you listen to?
what is your favorite food?
what do you want mom to send in her care packages to college?? lol hint hint
johndean replied: I work as a waitor at a nice restaurant, I work at a Photo Lab (I refuse to say I work at CVS), and I help with stocking stuff at my friends' parents shoe store.
I am really excited about everything about college. I just got my schedule today and it will be difficult but I'm ready for it. I am really excited about living in the city. I've grown up in the smallest of towns (not that it wasn't nice because it was a beautiful place to grow up). But I really want to experience city life. Philly is such a great city.
I have a pet rabbit (housetrained and all) that I must leave for my wonderful parents to take care of . I feel bad. lol. The only thing I am allowed to have in school are fish.
I listen to all kinds of music. I dont like acid rock and hardcore rap.
I LOVE FRENCH FRIES!!!! Besides that, it would be any kind of restaurant food. Sushi bars have been a new thing for me.
My mom's really good at picking out stuff that I need. She's good at sorting out what I NEED and what I WANT. lol. Just the things I need would be nice. Anything that shows she is thinking of me is all I need... A few extra dollars here and there wouldn't be a bad thing either! hehehe
redchief replied: Heheh... Never got a chance to do this before!!!
On the rabbit... we're working on grafting scales to him... We can then put him in a tank and call him a land fish. If the school decides Buster isn't fish enough we'll sue for discrimination.
John's one of the few young adults I know who chooses to listen to classical music.
French fries will give you zits, son. FRENCH FRIES will give you really big zits.
It always comes down to the money doesn't it?
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Good luck in Philly. I spent few years near there when I was in HS. I loved the city. If you get the chance, go the ben franklin institute. It calls itself a childrens museum, but it is as much fun for adults. And be sure to do all the historic stuff. Have fun in college. Good luck.
kimberley replied: LMBO ROFL Ed!!! you are too funny!
do you play any sports?
are you a big fan of any sports team?
if you could be on any show, which one would it be?
describe yourself in 3 words.
post some pics of you pls! from small to present if you have them
