aspenblue1 replied: Does she have a favorite toy? Does she like for you to read to her? IF so any favorite books?
kimberley replied: how do the boys feel about her? how does she feel about them? what was her first word and when did she say it? does she look more like you or DH? what amazes you the most about her? how different is it for you having a girl?
ediep replied: Does she have any cousins? What is her room like? WHat is her favorite food? Doe she watch Sesame Street?
MomToMany replied: She doesn't really have a favorite toy, unless her blankey counts! She drags it everywhere!
She LOVES being read to! Her favorite books are "Where is Goldie?" (about a girl's bird who flies out the window and she tries to find it), Clifford the Big Red Dog books, Dr. Seuss, anything with animals or babies in it.
coasterqueen replied: Does she have a favorite song? Favorite color yet? What do you think she will be when she grows up based on her personality now? What is something unique about her that you have noticed that is different from your other children?
MomToMany replied: The boys adore her! They wanted another brother when I was PG with her, but now they say they want another sister!!
She's be absolutely lost without her big brothers! She's Ethan's little shadow, following him everywhere!
Her first word was "ball" at about 10 months old.
I think she looks more like me. I'm hoping she ends up with red hair!
Just knowing that she's MY daughter !!
I think it's very different. I'm so much more cautious with her, and of course it's fun to dress her up in ribbons and lacey stuff!!
MomToMany replied:
She has lots of cousins! She has 5 girl cousins and 4 boy cousins. and 2 girl step-cousins and 1 boy step-cousin.
She shares a room with Ethan, so it's not as "girly" as I'd like it to be. There's lots of teddybears in it!
Her favorite food would have to be cheese and peanut butter (not at the same time, though!).
She LOVES Sesame Street; she's getting hooked on Elmo! DH hates Elmo!! She is fond of Big Bird and Snuffy, too.
MomToMany replied: No, she doesn't have a favorite song, but dances to everything she hears!
No favorite color yet !
Gosh, that's hard to say! Maybe some sort of authority or managerial (sp?) position or with computers. She can run the mouse really well already!!
She's not afraid to give her opinion or stand up for herself! She's a little more bossy compared to the boys (or it seems that way!).
amynicole21 replied: Does she like to color? Does she eat the crayons Does she prefer juice, water or milk? Will she eat veggies? Does she give great hugs and kisses Do you think she'll be a girly girl or a tom-boy?
MommyToAshley replied: I just LOVE the photo of Hannah holding the teddy bear...CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!
Does she have any addictions or fetishes? How many hours total does she sleep? Do you have a favorite photo of her, if so can you post it?
kit_kats_mom replied: What do you see her doing as a profession in the future?
What characteristics do you hope she inherets from you? From DH?
CantWait replied: What is one thing you'd like to teach her for the future? What's her favorite food, or treat? What's your favourite memory with her so far? Is she shy?
MomToMany replied: She likes to color, just not on paper . Usually it's on herself; her legs, tummy, hands, arms...but that's when the boys leave their markers or pens around. She DOES eat the crayons, so she gets limited time with them .
Water and milk (along with nursing) are her favorite drinks. She doesn't like juice that much.
Veggies?? Yeah right! She's in her "picky" stage; nothing green passes her lips!
Awww...lots of hugs and kisses, which I absolutely love, even the really wet ones !!!
Hannah will definitely be a tom-boy!! DH has her hooked on the outdoors already, and with 3 brothers, she LOVES Hot Wheels and semi-trucks!!
MomToMany replied: LOL, her addictions would have to be cheese and nursing. She can't get enough of either!!
I'd have to guess and say about 10 hours. I wish it was more!!
I'd really have to look and decide! There's SO many!!
MomToMany replied: Maybe something that has to do with children or somewhere she could be the "boss". She loves babies and kids, but is quite bossy and is not afraid to give her opinions. She's also very good at playing with the computer; she can run the mouse all by herself with great accuracy for someone who's not quite 2. She loves playing Candyland, and can click where she needs to! DH said she can run it better than some people at his work!
I hope she gets my "book skills", and DH's hard-working traits. And DH's sense of humor. I hope she stays as opnionated as she is now, which would be hard as she grows, but a very useful thing when she's an adult.
MomToMany replied: To be sure of herself and be as self-confident as she can.
Her favorite food(s) would have to be cheese, peanut butter, and Cheerios. She especially loves the Multi-grain and regular Cheerios.
I think every day with her is a special memory. Just seeing her grow and change is amazing! But my favorites would have to be our nursing relationship; even DH realizes how special that is for her!
She can be shy with strangers or people she doesn't know well. But watch out, once she gets comfortable with you, she'll be all over you, talking your ear off !!
ediep replied: did Hannah have a big party for her first birthday? Are you going to have one for her 2nd? What time does she go to sleep at night? Does she nap?
MomToMany replied: No, we had a small family party, with just a couple friends over. We'll have a bigger one for her 2nd .
It's usually between 7 and 9 pm; depends on if she naps during the day. If she doesn't, then it's around 7. If she does nap, it's 9 or even later !!
kimberley replied: how does she feel about your pg? does she want a boy or a girl? what is her latest milestone? how was her birth? what do you remember most fondly? what would you have changed?
MomToMany replied: Well, she knows that there's a baby in my tummy, which kicks her a lot . Sometimes my belly gets in her way, which frustrates her, but otherwise I think she's OK with it.
If you ask her, she would say boy, then girl, then boy....
Her latest milestone would be taking off all her clothes. She's gotten quite good at that!
Her birth was perfect. The thing I remember most was the Dr. saying, "It's a girl!!", and me saying, "WHAT, WHAT!!" because I never thought I'd have a girl . I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe have a different nurse PP. She was kinda mean/crabby.
