kimberley replied: thanks guys. i am due december 21st. i only found out for last saturday. i felt strange and did a hpt and it came out positive. went to do a blood test tuesday and dating u/s today. i am 13wks 2dys.

i was debating whether or not to post this because i am not absolutely sure i will be able to keep the baby. financially things are very tight and it is likely that i will be doing this alone. i am planning to reach out to family and the church and pray for the best but it is up in the air at this point. i have read a bit on open adoptions and i know it will kill me if i need to make that decision, but i have to do what is best for this baby and the other children. i have some time to decide but i don't want the circumstances to ruin the joy of this beautiful life that i have been blessed with.

I'm sorry things couldn't be more joyful all the way around- but I hope this little life brings you much hope and joy- and whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be what is best for you, your family, and this child. i reread my last post and it came out a little more depressing than i meant it to be . i am really happy and feel blessed to have this baby and am already completely in love . i actually welled up with tears when i heard the heartbeat.. what an amazing sound! the baby was very active and was waving the entire time. Jade immediately said "baby" as soon as she saw the screen

i am considering a home birth with a midwife if i can find one this late in pg. this is definitely my last baby so i plan to savor every minute of it. i want you all to join in my joy for this new life... not your pity please. i am strong and God is always with me.
